I purchased this specifically due to the size of the heating pad, looking for something that would cover my whole back. This is a nice heating pad but I'm very disappointed in the size. It says the pad is 12x24 mine measures 22.5x11.5 and the heating coils measure 5.5x15 the remaining space on all sides of the coils does NOT heat up so truly you are only getting a heating pad that heats 5.5x15

This heating pad is really nice and soft. The fabric is great. Also, you can unplug the cord from the pad and throw it in the wash. I have two complaints though. I wish the cord was longer, it's 6' and it barely reaches from my chair to the wall and it won't reach as far as the sofa. Second, it only had two settings, lo and hi. The hi setting gets really hot! I wish there was a medium setting.

It works great! It has high or low levels and timer which is very convenient. My favorite part is that the cover is not separate from the heating pad, so it will not twist inside like sunbeam. Heat up fast. The material is very soft! Love it!

The heating pad is a really good and convenient product.i to really comfortable and it is very good at relieving pain from your back. Also could adjust the temperature and it is king size so it is really big. After I used it I don't have any pain in my back anymore. Super good product.

We love it. Set up was easy and instructions is clear to understand. My wife and I both are impressed with the fast heating. The quality is pretty good compared to my previous heating pads.

This is a buy by accident. I was hesitated to buy this one at first, finally I decided to give a try due to the overheat protection feature. I use it every night before going to bed as I have serious arthritis. The heat is even and hot to warm my knees. I can feel my sleep becomes much better after using it several times. The size is not very big but it is right for my purpose.

It heats up very fast and gives off plenty of heat. The default temperature setting is “HI” heat level and default auto-off timer is 2H. I love the soft material most, very comfortable to apply, no itchy at all. It fits my needs and is exactly I am looking for.
