This is a good chicken stock powder for any Chinese dish or Asian food. The container has right amount of stock and the price is reasonable. The taste is good and upgrade my cooking when I use it. I will buy it again.

If you looking for only chicker flavor this is for you other products add vegetable and coriander but this one only flavor is chicken perfect for chinese recipe

I have been sooooo wanting to write a review on this lil baby because wow I am so impressed!!! This stuff is super tasty, the real deal, smells and taste just like a pot of chicken you have simmering on the stove. How that is possible I don’t know but yum, no YUM is all I can say!! The ONLY problem with this product is once you try it you can not go back to regular American chicken powder seasoning, it just tastes horrible. I actually tried that last week (I had a jar in the back of my fridge) and can’t figure out how I thought that was adequate at the time. This stuff is so good, I make it like a cup of tea and add a little bit of diced chives or green onion, some garlic powder (or fresh garlic) and even add powdered collagen to this and drink it. Taste so good, feels like your eating a meal. I’m serious!!! Apparently it’s got super tiny pieces of dehydrated chicken in it and as you can see from the pix there isn’t any coloring added so when you add to water it looks just like the real stock you would get from simmering the chicken yourself. I have also made soup out of it, it makes an amazing chicken soup stock which you can then build on wonderfully. As well as I have used it to flavor cooked or sautéed veggies when I do not want to put water or stock in my veggies. The other thing I noticed was the salt factor, it’s very smooth, not over powering on saltiness but ofcourse one can adjust that by using more or less. The saltiness of it tastes better than say if you were to lick bouillon cube and compare it with that saltiness. All around it’s simply a better tasting, higher quality seasoning to use, AND if I haven’t already said it amazingly tastes like REAL chicken. That is something I have never gotten from the standard American chicken stock seasoning. It lasts a long time, I am about to buy another container from this seller. What I like about this product is that you can clearly see how the Asian people take their stock very seriously. This lil baby was the find of the year for me. Trust me you will NOT be sorry with this purchase.

Found a glowing review of this in a recipe and had to try it. It’s is yummy — and easy. I add it to rice water. My only complaint is it’s not gluten-free. So, not for those with celiac. :-(

I read a few articles/recipes about chinese cooking. This item came up in a few that it was THE item to use for authentic flavor in Chinese and Chinese American type recipes. I have used it in a chicken sub gum recipe, in soups, other recipes that are not Asian influenced I find myself using it in a lot of things. This particular formula does have MSG. Now MSG is darling and people buy MSG just for MSG! I am not sensitive to MSG so will continue to use this product. As one of the articles authors wrote about this product, it has a true chicken flavor, nothing else, not chicken with vegetables and garlics and other tones, it is like 100% chicken flavor. I think they do have an MSG free version also.
