Excellent quality and the bag is nice and small. I only use a little each day so I don't want a huge amount which will eventually expire. The price is right and I feel a positive difference.

Update: now we are taking 1 teaspoon mixed in water in the morning. We feel much better since we started taking this. I bought it because of my husbands goiter, but I started taking too. We started with 1/4 tspoon the 1st week and change to 1/2 teaspoon from week 2. We have been taking it now for 4 weeks and I noticed the benefits on week 3 for both of us, also the digestive system had to get used to. I put it with 3-4 fingers of tap water, mix it well and have a little bit of kombucha ready on another glass, the taste is not great but it’s not horrible ( if you have taken goldenseal, chlorella/spirulina or Korean ginseng this is much easier to drink) and dissolves with no problems even with cold water. When I 1st opened it I thought smelt a little like vanilla, but my son said “ no mom it smells horrible” So if you have a sweet tooth like my son then .... The goiter is smaller and my belly fat is smaller also 👍 We take it in the morning before anything and 30 minutes to an hour later we have coffee.

I have been using this within my coffee and teas. Mixability: powder mixes in decent enough that I don’t have majority of the product sitting at the bottom of my mug when finishing my drink. Smell: No smell or odd odors that would make this difficult to consume Taste: Not terrible but a bit on the tart side of the palate. Overall, in my opinion it doesn’t over power the flavor of my drink. Effectiveness: unfortunately I do not notice much of a different over the last month using this product, which I use pretty much daily. Ashwaganda is known to contain antioxidant enzymes that reduce oxidative damage, stress, anxiety, while improving cognition function and mood. It certainly doesn’t hurt to take, and has little no side effects. It does typically take 60-90 days of consistent use to begin feeling whatever benefit you may have. Lastly, I am an advocate for patient safety and health literacy. Educate yourself, and define your health goals. Take time to read studies, take notes, and do your research on the product you choose. You know you best, so when starting something new, if something isn’t feeling right- it just isn’t right! Always follow up to consult with your physician(s) before starting any herbal supplements. This also helps ensure the medications you currently take are not contraindicated with the herbs/ingredients of the supplement(s).

Good quality. I need more nutrition. That’s what I get with this product.

Love this product! It’s a great quality powder packed in a sturdy, resealable package. My only wish is that they would use the zipper style with a tab to reseal the package instead.
