Imagine Organic Vegan Wild Mushroom Gravy 13.5 oz

I've been on the hunt for a good vegetarian gravy since March of this year, and after MANY disappointments, I've finally found a delicious gravy. This is a PHENOMENAL, (albeit undersalted but one can always add salt) gravy! Finally, my mashed potatoes dont have to be gravy-less, because this gravy is wonderful

Immediately ordered more. Very tasty, and it's a classic taste, not that cloying gotta be unique thing you get with so many vegan items. This will be a staple to add to pretty much anything. You won't be sorry.

This is pretty thin, I was going to try to thicken but never got around to it ! But it does have a good taste.

No Flavor and very thin

Hard to find in markets Easy to work with and yummy! You can use the IMAGINE broth or wine to kick it up a notch

This was watery and thin. It’s a mushroom broth, I guess. Not a nice thick gravy. It was very embarrassing to bring this to my family thanksgiving. You would need 2 or 3 of the boxes, and then heavily reduce it by simmering for a long time on the stove. Might as well get the Imagine mushroom portabella soup and reduce that. (I’m so confused by this product because I bought it at WF last year, and I remember liking it.)

I’m starting to keep this gravy in my pantry for a quick easy meal addition. It’s tasty without being too salty, like the way I like to make a gravy. It’s a little more on the thin side vs the thick, and it goes further than I expected for a small package.
