Amazon Basics Balance Stability Disc Cushion

Yeah, they're good - to be honest, I don't really know how to use them in terms of how much to blow them up to make it harder or easier to use, so I chose to the former and blow them up so they're quite big. They keep the pressure and I haven't had to pump them up to keep them up or anything. I'm reasonably heavy, and they can withstand me standing on them and doing some squats. Would recommend.

The first one we bought would not blow up so we had to wait 2 weeks for another. Anyway, this one is perfect. Good for balance training

Great value cushion that does what I needed. Not the most comfortable for sitting on for long periods if fully inflated.

Needed an aero step type device... saw this, bought it, it's great. The only difference with the aero step is the shape. Comes with a sturdy little pump.... adjust the air pressure to alter the balance feel. Theses balance devices are a simple idea.... this product comes with the simple price. Buy one, they're all you need.

Très facile à gonfler

I've only this out as a butt seat, because I develop butt, leg, and back pain if I sit for long periods of time which I need to do unfortunately. I think this is supposed to help with the core? I'm not sure. I don't have the agonizing pain I normally get from sitting for long periods of time, but because there is more pressure applied to my butt, there is some numbing going on? Maybe this is something I have to acclimate to, or maybe I'm not supposed to sit on it for hours. Either way, it has held up for the whole day with my 180 lbs sitting on it and it hasn't deflated, so for me that works. I also don't have lower back pain today, so maybe this helped, it's hard to say. Also, I got this from Amazon Warehouse and it was already partially inflated...so um thanks whoever sent it back to Amazon! Most of the work was done for me.
