The well-known PRODEF stab protection vest has changed to the next generation in order to meet the high demands of security service providers even better. New experience values from the direct use of the vest have been incorporated into the development. Thus the PRODEF protective vest Mod. III is the optimal protection against stab and cut injuries caused by knives or other sharpened objects. In addition, the vest also protects sensitive areas of the body against blows and kicks.

Certified protection classes according to VPAM KDIW 2004 The new Mod. III vest was subjected to certification according to VPAM KDIW 2004. The primary stab protection is provided by 1.5 mm thick stainless steel plates in the abdominal and back area. In contrast to the predecessor model, the front panel is curved and thus adapts better to the upper body of the wearer. In addition, the 2 mm thick plastic plates protect the rest of the torso and thus serve as secondary protection.

Blade class K3: These are, for example, kitchen knives, pocket knives or combat knives. Thorn class D2: In this case, ice axes and other weapons with thin tips are meant. Cube class W5: This protection class refers to throwing objects with sharp or pointed edges.

High wearing comfort & quick readiness for use. The protective vest can be adapted to individual measurements by elastic drawstrings and variable Velcro fasteners. The vest is flexible enough to remain on the body during patrols and can be worn as an over and under vest. Thanks to the special zipper system, dressing and undressing has become easier, simply compress the zipper and pull it up
