Decided to try to make pear liquor with our pears this year. The instructions from Larder Love said to add caster sugar the second week and then shake every day to dissolve the sugar. Well this brand dissolved instantly and did not require daily shaking. There were cheaper brands but I think this brand justified the bit extra. My liquor turned out very tasty and beautifully clear.

Excellent product and I used it in a gluten free bread recipe. It came out great.

I think this sugar makes my chocolate chip cookies better. I always have a bag of this sugar in the pantry. It was not good in my attempt to make cream/butter mints, you have to use granulated sugar for those or probably just reduce the amount of this sugar (less is more), but this sugar is awesome in my cakes and cookies.

Great product! I use it for cakes and desserts for a more refined texture. And it always delivers excellent results!

Price was high but it really made a difference with tiramisu that I made. Incredibly smooth.

I do like the product. It is very fine. Almost like dust so you can use about about a 1/8- 1/4 less in recipes. But its very expensive and not practical due to cost for every may use. Great for Special cakes, baking, meringue. However, the package/shipping is awful. The bags were opened/busted/broken. Half of the product was wasted in the bottom of a box. It's way too expensive for that. The sugar package needs to be sealed better or placed in another plastic bag etc. Incredibly disappointed in that.
