Considered as my stock sensor for downstream, was not able to use since the defective part is the upstream. Still same packaging with the upstream seemed used but I think it will work.

OEM, but manufacturer needs to add a sensor head protector
This is an OEM Motorcraft unit. The packaging from its manufacture could have provided a simple plastic protector on the head of the sensor to keep it from any damage and from the anti-seize compound on the threads from getting all over the head and wiring. I used a simple non-residue cleaner (MAF cleaner) to clean the head and wiring and reapplied anti-seize compound.

updates / replaces the dy-1158 downstream o2 sensor
Ford parts department told me this also updates / replaces the dy1158 downstream o2 sensor as well for my 2011 fiesta ses dct. Don't know why the online resources don't get updated too.
