Have bought a couple of these as gifts and even for for myself lol! Would recommend them for kids. It helps break passages down into easier to understand text, but the visual aids, font, and everything are also great! Super cute bible that still keeps the form of a regular Bible workout being a storybook version

Got this for our 5 year old. He is learning to read and the additional pages that break it down more for kids are perfect for him to understand. Love this bible and he loves that he has his very first bible just for him.

Bought it for my 8 year old but I have claimed ownership of it because I love how descriptive it is. Lol. Suc a great version of the Bible for kids....... and Adults AKA ME.

My son is 7 & we are loving this Bible. We read the “Beginners Bible” first & it was a great starter but not quite enough detail for my very interested son. This one will last him for Years! There are parts that are hard for him to fully comprehend but as he gets older and learns more, it’ll be perfect. I love B the breakdowns and questions throughout to get him thinking about how he can use this information in his day to day life! Would Definitely recommend for age 7+. Even as an adult, I find it interesting.

I love this Bible translation and layout! The NIrV has been my go-to translation for family devotions with my young family (kids 0-8). I have purchased both of my older kids a copy, and they are excited about reading the Bible for themselves. Reading any book this long is a challenge, but they can read and understand it and will grow in their love for it. My 8-year-old daily reads a chapter in about 3 minutes. The other day, even my wife--a life-long student of Scripture--exclaimed, "Oh, that's what that passage means!" I have even used this translation as an exemplary example in my college courses. The hardcover edition holds up better than the leathersoft covers. Highly, highly recommend!

I brought this Bible as a busy gift for my daughter as recommended by many people.i am glad I did because my daughter loves this kids friendly edition. Having lots of colour, pics and additional info my kid loves reading it. Totally recommend

We LOVE this Bible for our kids! We bought it as a gift for our 8yr old son, but my 6yr old daughter has one too. Written in simple language means they can both read with ease (both good readers) and understand it, but stays faithful to Biblical text. The bright illustrations and word explanations are great too. Both of them have enjoyed having their own Bible and feel more confident to join in with family devotions etc. I'd definitely recommend as a first actual Bible for 6-11yr olds, but younger if you wanted to read to them first.
