The Sacred India Tarot a worthwhile investment which has universal appeal
This is a beautiful and well thought out deck, the artwork is more contemporary Indian style and colourisation the premium edition, it has usually for a box set has more done one use. It can be an ornament, can be turned into an alter for religious devotes from the Indian faiths, where it then become as titled a sacred. It is in my opinion a worthwhile purchase for tarot practitioners who are interested in Indian culture and mythology and a tarot system that incorporates this. Who would benefit from the purchase of this tarot box set: Tarot practitioner interested using decks that reflect other peoples culture. Meditation aid for Yoga enthusiast Meditation and insights generator for religious devote from Indian faiths. Investment piece for serious tarot collectors

A must if you're interested in Tarot also for personal growth
Extremely interesting interpretation of the Tarot, especially for someone who is interested in Indian culture. Adds a complementary perspective to the Waite set (even though if follows the Major Arcana order of the Marseilles set). Impressive box, complete with comprehensive explanatory book (also available on Kindle). Artwork of great quality. Can be used by beginners as well.

Insightful and really a great tool for learning/connecting and good quality
I was slightly skeptical about this deck. However, on receiving it and looking through the cards plus the accompanying book, I feel that a lot has been captured in this deck in terms of mythology. So for example, each of the four suits, take you along a journey in Indian mythology such as the suits of pentacles/discs which depicts the life of Gautama, the Budha, and the suit of arrows/swords depicting the epic of Mahabharata. It’s rich and for those looking for decks to connect with other cultures and perspectives, I feel that this deck tries and delivers.

SY

The imagery is lovely, and the respect for spiritual paths is wonderful. The book itself could be a stand-alone epic source of information on Eastern traditions. The only downsides are you can't just use it without reference to the book — which I believe is a good thing for most of us, but some won't like that. I'm not fussed by the card stock, it's fine, but for the price I would have preferred larger images and a little nicer card stock. But, if you are into Eastern philosophy or spiritual paths, highly recommended.

This tarot deck is a wonderful, well thought out deck and the images on it are also very well suited for meditating upon if one is into meditation and yoga. The choice of images of the deck from Hindu lore was simply too good and perfect! The life of the Buddha is mainly in the Suit of Pentacles in the Minor Arcana. It is a really good deck for those who want to dive in the tarot from an Indian/Bharatiya angle.

I fell in love with India through the study of its ancient healing system Ayurveda, so when I came across this unique Tarot deck, it called to me instantly and I’m thrilled with it, eager to explore the cards and their insights. The accompanying book is fabulous, too: deep but also easy to understand — kudos to the author and creator for his ability to unite Tarot with the profound spirituality of India. Highly recommended! Follow-up: This is fast becoming a favorite deck; the insights of the book are truly remarkable and soul-resonant.
