A critical component of the project and it worked as expected.
So far so good. This worked perfectly to integrate my pool automation panel with a raspberry pi using the AqualinkD project. Now my pool automation does not have an Internet access dependency like it did with iAqualink.

Works great, way better than the multiple adapter setup that I had before! Just punched down to a female Cat5 connector with the pins I needed and was off and away. Have recommended to the rest of my team to replace a manufacturer specific $150 item. Note, jacket on the bare wires is too thick to crimp into male Cat5 end.

Bought it to connect to a Danfoss FCM307 inverter via the MCT-10 software and it works perfectly

It claimed, and the photo showed, that it was an FTDI-manufactured lead. But it wasn't, so returned for credit and ordered a cheaper, more honest, compatible lead.

No manual or any description - had to find out on internet. But working OK without issues and without drivers as other device I tried. Can recommend.
