Works perfectly. Very well packaged. Audio quality seems outstanding to my ears. I use these to go from my console to my studio monitors, and they work pretty well, and look good too. I’d say this is a quality item and I’d recommend it any day. Hope this helps yoj make your decision.

Must be just mine, because I see nothing but good comments. I purchased this to go from xlr to 1/4 input. The plug doesn't even fit flush into my mixer. This plug is dead. I thought it was my new mic, so I tried two other cords and the xlrs worked. I'm sending back. Update its my mic, it needs to be xlr on both ends to transmit 48v phantom power. Just bought a new cable and same thing happend so I googled and came to that conclusion.
