For me, the Vermicular rice cooker is unbeatable when it comes to making authentic Japanese rice. In addition to the excellent quality of the materials, which don’t release any residues into the food, I also greatly appreciate the energy savings it offers. It’s a true ally in the kitchen, as you can not only cook rice but also make rich sauces, braised meats, and vegetables, fully utilizing the precise temperature and time control. One of the features I love is the ability to make perfect jams; my caramel milk jam is a real masterpiece, made even more special by this pot. There are still many recipes I want to try, but so far, I can say that this pot is highly recommended for its versatility and durability.

普通炊き、おこげ、おかゆ、どれもためしたけど美味しく炊けます。 保温機能はないことを承知で買ったからその点は特に不満はないけど、炊き上がりの時間を設定してもだいぶ早く炊き上がるので、この点は改善して欲しい。

中古だから、レシピが、入ってなかった。 買って良かった。

ご飯は芯までふっくら炊けて最高に満足です。 古米でも驚くほど美味しくなります！ 保温が無いのでチンして食べていますが冷めてからのご飯の方が炊き立てより美味しいですよー お鍋が重たいので洗う時はチト大変かな！ 高齢なので笑笑

圧力鍋よりも扱いやすく、塩以外ほとんど味付けをしなくても、材料の元の味を引き出してくれて美味しい。 家族用としては小さいのですが、一人用として息子が自分のものを作るようになりました。 使用説明書を息子はきっちり読んでいるようです。 洗うときに、私には重すぎます。
