I have tried everything. Hem clear, hem 911. Creams and crap. Cortisones to no effect. But this is it! It actually helps the internal mobster I have had for 4 years begin to shrink back down to normal. I got a fissure too on this internal hem of hell. Worse pain I have ever had! Can’t walk, can’t sit. Can’t do nothing and don’t want to. Can’t concentrate with throbbing pain up the ass 24/7! Wanted to commit suicide because of this. My whole family abandoned me. No one understands this kind of pain, along with rectal spasms it it torture! No one would want to live, life is over. This has helped tremendously and so to get it up there I use vaginal cream inserters as a mould to make homemade suppositories of this. Feels great frozen. I also after popping out the suppositories, rub all over it skin tag remover. To help shrink this demon from hell! And it’s working! Update. i have changed my rating as I have had a bad flare up which this does not help. It would be good at maintaining but in a flare up not so much. Update as of Dec 14 2019: This is really helping me. This and taking dr. Wheatgrass suppositories that I make myself. I use those disposable vaginal insert plastics and squeeze wheatgrass cream and in another one I squeeze from the tube of the pump of this hem relief stuff will go up into my rectum where the trouble is and it is healing this monster! The pain is fading as this fissure heals. Also I use pranicura. I rub that pink cream onto a suppository of the wheatgrass. Pop it up inside. The cold helps the pain. Also for hem or fissure sufferers you need to put your butt up onto a pillow and rest it there using a heating pad. Just as good as sits baths! It will increase the blood flow because with your rump up on a pillow it will be higher than your heart. You need that for speed healing. Be patient and try to relax. I know the pain gets intense!

I like this! It works really well and you get more for the price as others. I really like that it pumps out, which is really more convenient than trying to squeeze it out of a tube.

Awkward as it is to discuss,Dealing with hemorrhoid discomfort from years of running and physical exertion. This really did the job. After a few applications forgot about the pain i was having. Very nice soothing product, actually really decreases swelling and relaxes sphincter muscles which is so helpful

my advice to people with hemorrhoids is (slippery elm powder) u can drink it and u can apply it as a cream on the effected area, plz do your research. i just found out about this and its working great for me. this Pilefixx cream i used it only once and it didn't work for me so I'm returning it right now. i hope you all feel better hemorrhoids are evil.

Life saver!!! After trying everything under the sun for my hemorrhoid disaster I was desperate to find something that actually worked. I came across this product while searching on amazon and I’m so glad I ordered it. This is my first review ever and I’m writing it for a couple of reasons 1. This cream is magical. The only thing that gives me relief at this point 2. I almost didn’t order it because of the packaging and lack or reviews, so if anyone is skeptical don’t be, it really works.

It provides some relief, but not as much as I had hoped. The application is easy and it’s gentle on the skin, but the results were only moderate for me. It might work better for others, but I didn’t notice a significant improvement.

I do like this ointment and feel like it works better than any other I've tried, but when I went back to a previous brand (to finish up the tube) I realized how much I like the packaging. Its so much better to have a pump than a messy tube. I'm returning to this brand for both the effectiveness and the ease of using a pump vs. a tube. So if you're undecided, try this and see how great it is to have the ease of a pump to get just the quantity you need easily.

I was desperate to find something to help with the pain I have been going through ... after researching many products (and reading reviews) I decided on this product. I have only had this product for a couple of days but, I can honestly say ... IT’S A GREAT PRODUCT !!! If you’re on the fence about purchasing this, don’t hesitate because I sincerely hope you get the same relief that I have.

I have a complicated issue, could be a fissure but it is painful. This stuff actually helps, I strongly recommend anyone in the pain im in to try this stuff. You know this sucks so give it a try lol

In dire need of ANY solution for external hemorrhoid pain (discomfort) relief, I discovered Pilefixx Hemorrhoids Relief Cream on Amazon. In using this product, I must say it DOES provide relief and it DOES work. However, I wish -- and I duly ask -- for Dubi to manufacture a bigger bottle size, please. It is needed! Thank you.

I suffer with hemorrhoids and thrombosed hemorrhoids very often and have tried and done everything each and every time. This is truly one of my first products that has actually and instantly helped me. The coolness when you apply is soothing and because it's not an ointment makes it so much better. Trust me, I continually suffer and this has helped a lot.

I wasn't going to leave a review, but I received several emails from the company asking for one. It just did nothing for me. Was quite disappointed after all of the positive reviews. The tea tree has a nice cooling touch, but you get better results for shrinkage from actual tea tree oil (mixed with a carrier oil if you have sensitive skin!).

It's not magically amazing or like a cooling sensation like I was expecting from other reviews. But it definitely works for the hems.
