Good quality for a low price. I can do my physical therapy without needing to buy a $1000 cable weight set. Very nice.

These fabric-covered bands were bought to replace another set without the fabric that quickly wore out from standing on them (upward-pulling exercises like shoulder shrugs). The attachment points are securely covered with shrink-tubing, and the hardware is sufficiently strong. Having 2 sets of handles, door holds and other attachments is an unexpected benefit that reduces a lot of switching. Very happy with the quality and price.

Good set to do some resistance training at home if you can't get to the gym. However, a guild book DOSE NOT come with this set, it's a little misleading.

Love these bands for PT. They are just like the ones my physical therapist uses. Easily work with any door with hinges…no construction. Easy and fast set up and take down. Take up little space and come with multiple resistances. Well made !

If you are looking for good resistance bands for your workouts but don't want to spend a lot of money on brand names, these are a MUST. I bought these due to other bands snapping and getting hit by it. I can workout comfortably knowing these won't do that with the nylon covers to protect you from it. The different colored bands help figuring out what weight resistance you want to work at unlike others that just say light, medium, heavy. Been using them for a couple of weeks and still going no band snaps or breaks. They do put your body to work, my only issue is the handles are a bit small if you have big hands, but a simple handle swap out is all you need. The price isn't bad either and I paid more for others that broke after a few a workouts!

These bands are great. I have used them for various leg exercises as well as working my arms, back and abs. The length is fantastic and I love the fact that the bands are wrapped in fabric to avoid popping or rubbing against my skin. I alternate bands for resistance depending on the strength I need based on the exercise, and having 2 sets of hand grips makes it easy to switch between bands during my workouts. I'm 100% satisfied with this product.

These bands are good, but states a two year warranty. I bought these under two years ago and the 40lbs band snapped, but I can't find a way to contact the seller.

A great product that my physiotherapist put me onto. This has been a game changer for my shoulder rehabilitation, easy to use and having the tension in kgs and lbs make it very universal. I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to maintain strengthening or rehabbing.
