Just wanted to follow up on this review. The seller did reach out to me directly to resolve my concerns and was very understanding and provided me with a full replacement hose. The seller was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Their customer service was very good so on this alone I've increased my rating to recognize the fact that they do make it a priority to stand behind their product. I bought this hose to replace a damaged one for my pressure washer. After just the second use the hose has worn through the exterior sheathing and the high pressure hose is exposed and will surely bust very soon. I expected that the hose would not wear through so quickly. The wear spot is about 2 feet from the nozzle so it is likely only from vibrating against the ground during use. I feel like I wasted my money.

Works awesome. Although I melted it on the exhaust first use it still has held up the last two seasons.
