Our dog likes these, and I always like having a box or two on hand to add to to her chow when not adding another liquid topper. The broth product itself is two thumbs up!I initially had confusion about the packaging of this product.The first time I opened the screw cap on the package it didn't have much resistance at all to opening and when I removed the cap, there was no inner seal like I had expected. It made me wonder if the package had been tampered with or somehow was unsealed from the factory. I ended up discarding one of two boxes because of worrying that the seal had been broken and my dog might get ill from consuming it.However, if you google keywords: tetrapak helicap 23, you'll see a video showing the "features" of this new cap system which include: low torque cap removal and self-removing seal (that you can't see evidence of from the outside).So, indeed, for someone new to this cap system, the low torque first time opening makes a person question whether the product was already opened previously, and the self-removing seal makes a person question whether it was ever sealed properly in the first place. After cutting a used box open, I took a picture of the inner seal that was opened and moved to the inside of the box automatically after the first time uncapping.The packaging is almost too smart for its own good because some people have thrown this product out thinking it has been tampered with. Really, the only good way to tell if it has been tampered with or unsealed is if the "tamper evidence ring" (the piece marked with 2 black marker marks in one attached picture) is still connected to the main lid before you open it the first time.

Love that this can be made as needed and do not have to store large containers. This product has been great fir my German Shepherds. Helps with allergies and overall health. They love the taste. Does not smell bad. works as an additive to their dry food.
