Should be on the back of the bag. Underneath and to the right of the "Supplement Facts".

Q: What's the hype? I've tried it a few times during my workouts and feel nothing. Don't feel less sore or energized after either. Is this a hype

Everyone is unique I guess but this product is legit. The gold standard during workout is cluster dextrin or similar and essential aminos, which is what this drink is. Outside of a multivitamin and omega 3s this is the only supplement I use and I get a great pump from it. I do notice better recovery in addition to workout endurance (since you’re basically feeding the muscle with carbs and aminos while working out). If you’re a serious lifting, of you don’t use this, you should use basically the same ingredients in other brands, or you can even by cluster dextrin and EAAs separately and blend them yourself. I like the granite products cause they taste great and never give me any GI issues, which most other brands for me. Good luck!
