This is a great product! I have used it for awhile now. I have found it hard to find a quality calcium magnesium blend with the recommended balance. This one does! It is also easy to swallow despite the size it dissolves quickly. I would definitely recommend it.

Purchased this calcium & magnesium to help with our low levels in both. This was the first version we tried, and it will probably be the only one we will ever need. These have lifted both of our levels back to normal, with my wife's almost doubling. When this supplement arrived, we always check to see it our pill bottles are sealed tight, and this one was sealed very well. It had a seal around the lid, as well as a tight seal under the lid. The bottle was fairly full, which is usually not the case with pills. These tablets are white in colors and are on larger size for most supplements. The same day the pills arrived, we opened them and they have a powder smell, that was very fresh. The bottle says to take 2 tablets daily; we take ours at breakfast. To try these out, we started off with half of one pill for each of us, just for a few days to be sure these worked without causing added discomfort or other side effects. They did not cause any problems, so we now take one full tablet a day. We have been taking these for a few months and they have helped us both with multiple issues. Besides raising our levels, they also made my blood pressure better and helped my wife sleep better & made her aches better as well. This amazed us since we were only taking half of the recommended dosage; but we usually only need half of the dosage on most pills. Pros: No bad flavor or bitter taste while taking Non GMO and have no wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, and more Helped to raise our low levels back to normal No bad aftertaste or side effects Helped my wife sleep better & with her body aches & Made my blood pressure levels better Cons: Pills are very large; not a problem for us, but could be for some Overall we love these calcium & magnesium tablets as one of the supplements we take. We would recommend them to help boost their levels, plus support other health benefits as well. Seemed to work great. I’ve been low in both magnesium and calcium and was happy to find a supplement for both. The tablet size is fairly large but I don’t mind that and you only have to take two which I prefer over taking more of a smaller pill. Photo shows sized compared to a standard pepto tablet, for comparison. The bottle was full to the top without extra room or plastic waste. Didn’t notice any weird smells or after taste.

I’ve been taking these NOW Foods Calcium & Magnesium supplements for a few months. I haven’t really noticed a big difference, but that could be because I also take pain medication for hip issues, so it’s hard to tell what’s helping. The tablets are easy to take and don’t upset my stomach, which I appreciate. I like the clean ingredients and trust the NOW Foods brand, so I’ll probably keep using them for the long-term benefits even if I don’t feel an immediate change.

It's my repeat order. I had a bottle of the vitamine which helped me to decrease the happens of cramps in my calves during sleeps. With the magnesium, the vitamin also let me easily fall asleep. It's better to have this vitamin along with D3. The last I would like to mention is the good value, especially when it's on promotion.

When I need it, this is the one I've been taking forever. Works.

Great product. Now vitamins have always seem to be a better quality than any other I have tried. I had to change because my order was late and I noticed a difference. That says a lot to me about the product. They are big pills, but manageable.

Always great to find calcium with magnesium for better absorption.

Convenient, and good economy at 250 tablets twice a day=125 days worth vs another well known brand of 250 tablets at 3 per day= 83 days worth. I have used NOW Products previously and have ben very good over time, also Works out better value and "easier to Remember"..
