Great Run-Flat Option
I had to replace the Continentals that were original equipment on my Mercedes C43 AMG after only 25,000 miles, which was not really a bad thing because the handling with them was awful. I have used these new Pirellis in dry, wet and snowy conditions (Wisconsin) and they are superior to the Continentals in every way. I now feel much safer driving with the Pirellis. I was originally hesitant to purchase tires on Amazon, but being able to select and pay for an installer, and have the tires delivered directly to them, made the experience very easy. I saved about $400 over any local dealer/installer for the same tires. I am thrilled with the entire experience.

Bad tire and a logistic nightmare to claim warranty
I've been using Pirelli CintuRato P7 run flat tires for 7 years so far. They are absolutely horrible tires - very easy to be punctured, form bubbles out of normal uses and on top of everything, expensive. My most recent experience comes when I finally got tired of my dealer charging me $$$ for a tire and decided to buy one on amazon. After one month of normal uses (actually less than normal because of WFH), a visible bubble appears on the tire.. This is probably the 5th time I see one on my Pirelli tires over the past 7 years, all appearing randomly. Now if you think that Pirelli makes it worry-free by making a "worry-free run-flat tire with generous warranty", think again. Pirelli deals by intermediate dealers, which means that each one of them deals with their warranty independently. I followed their instruction of "calling local dealers and ask about warranty". They all refused to take the tire in because I purchased on amazon. The story has ended here yet even though I have hit a wall. Will update this soon after I hear back from both amazon and Pirelli. Thinking about staying away from these tires all-together now..
