Maggi RIO Steel 2 In 1 Atta Kneader Cum Vegetable Chopper Attachment for Mixer (Multicolor)

Bought it, didn't use for 5-6 months. Then use it with a wrong mixer by forcing. The stuff they are using is so good quality that the friction damaged my mixer but not their thing. Then I bought another mixer for this, my fault that I didn't check first by fitting. Tried to fit again, didn't fit well. This time their stuff also got a bit damaged by friction :-(. Called them, and told them i bought another mixer and it's not fitting. The guy asks to replace (without my saying anything). I told him that i've already used 2-3 times so don't feel comfortable replacing since it's already out of the warranty period of 6 months. He also did whatsapp video chat to help me. All in all, great product and very decent people. Saves me so much time and energy. Highly recommended. One could argue that the price is a bit on the higher side but once you look at the blade (which doens't rust), and the bottom coupling which is really good quality, my guess is that everything is good quality and probably the money went into engineering.

Bought the same product 2 years back n used it a lot..loved it... It had so many attachments too..grater.. chopper..etc... It broke after 2 years of use.. Now I bought it again but it was so bad this time.. no attachments this time.. only the main product with chopper..just 1 attachment. Highly bad quality that it just broke in first use only... It just broke n the plastic mixed up with tha atta I was kneading innit... I had to throw the aata too. Very very cheap quality plastic they r making now

Well it does the job just fine... but the machine shakes far too much, it increases the height of the mixer to such a level that the normal Indian height maid cannot use it. I bought this so that my maid could use a simple appliance but it is very complicated for the maid to put all the parts together and the bowl could be of a thicker quality plastic... looks quite fragile ... now for the acid test hope the after sales service is good.... only time will tell. But that having been said the dough was very good and was very fast to make.

I have purchased one this week. it's Innovative but too expensive particularly bcz i found it risky for daily use as its made of plastic type material which can break anytime...loosing your 1650 !! I have few suggestions to the manufacturer .....atta kneading is daily house hold need of 120 cr Indians. So be bold and think big as you have enormous market opportunity so why in plastic ,why so cost in the initial stage of product lifecycl ,why unnecessary change parts and confusion ? 1) Make this jar exclusive for atta kneading so no unnecessary confusion no change parts -cost reduction and easy of use. 2) Make few changes in design for easy for cleaning after kneading bcz that's a big question of senior citizens . I found dought retaining in few corners are difficult to wash in daily use. 3) All spare stainless steel jars of mixer Come with very low price. then why not yours as it will reduce the risk of damage in daily use . Still I will give 4 star as its Innovative
