Sometimes when people write reviews of flip phones, they compare them to smart phones. Don't do that. You can connect to the internet with this phone, but it's about as slow as dial-up. This phone is for people who want a good 4G LTE connection for making phone calls and sending texts. It will take pictures, about like the old "Instamatic" film cameras. It has a good FM radio built in too! It's also pretty sturdy. I dropped one on a concrete floor. The battery cover came off and the battery fell out, but I snapped it back together and turned it on and it was fine. I did break one once when it was clipped to my belt and I slipped on the ice. I basically landed my entire body weight on the phone, and it damaged the LEDs behind the screen so the screen didn't display images properly anymore. Even then, I COULD STILL MAKE AND RECEIVE PHONE CALLS! I replaced the damaged one with a new one of the same model for just 20 bucks. Try THAT with a smartphone! If you want a smartphone, go elsewhere. If you want an inexpensive, sturdy flip phone that has a few nice extras, this is your phone.

Phone came in perfect condition no problems setting up . I just moved my SIM card into the flip phone and Boom it worked. Great price looks nice you can always find a cheap case and customize it . Feels sturdy easy to connect to WiFi screen quality is good but I can see some problems if you’re in direct sunlight you might have to use your hand to cover the screen to see other than that it’s great . My little detox phone. Plan on buying another one as a back up . Oh yeah no emojis on this one maybe on the newer flip phones with KaiOS.

Did not like the substitute wanted tracefone was given Total wireless. And not use minutes from tracefone. Not happy I open package and called before I know that can not tracefone minutes with total wireless. Will watch ordering or opening package before I learned that total wireless is not inner chargeable. Not happy with all I had to do to get my friend setup with Total wireless.

Not bad for the money no touch screen but works to make calls picks up service well have one as a back up and one as a kids phone.

This phone was an expensive paperweight. Fo not bother buying it. I purchased it for my dad. I activated it. It worked for a day or two then completely lost service. We had to constantly keep calling our service carrier to try to reprogram it because it was constantly losing all it's service. It was an issue with the phone and not the service carrier. This phone is so far out of date on technology that it literally can't stay connected to the towers. I reactivated his old phone and got service on it just fine in the same location. This phone is unreliable. Do not waste your money like we did.

I ordered this phone for my husband. He is not interested in all the bells and whistles of the expensive Iphones but wanted one he could easily navigate. This phone is very reasonably priced but still has enough features to be pretty modern. He wanted a phone he could work easily and this fit the bill.

It’s a perfect phone for an elementary school kid. I bought one for my son in August at the start of the school year, as an emergency phone, just in case he needed one. It lasted a while year with rough use. The screen cracked a few days back and I bought him a new one.

This phone is a classic, there is no touch screen. Basic good talking phone for people that just want an easy to use phone. Works great
