This automatic feeder is excellent. It delivers approx. 10 grams of food for each portion - select 1 portion and you get 10 grams, select 2 and you get 20 grams etc. I bought this to feed my cat when away. It has great capacity and once you get the hang of how to master the digital programmer it is easy to adjust the schedule you have selected, reduce or increase the number and portion of feeds, and even has an option by use of a 'manual' button to randomly deliver food in between auto programmed feeds. One push of the manual button will deliver one portion (10 grams), two pushes will another 10 grams and so on. The first time the cat was at the feeder and it spewed out an auto programmed portion of feed, the cat started back, stared at the feeder for a moment, and then continued feeding. Since then the sound of the food hitting the bowl elicits from the cat an alert jerk up of the head and an instant race against time to reach the bowl for the food. There is some noise as the hard biscuits spill into the plastic bowl - can not be avoided. Other than this, it is not a noisy machine. I have it connected to the mains with the USB cable with batteries fitted for back up in case of a power failure. Having used the auto feeder to provide food in times of absence, I have continued its use on a permanent basis. When feeding dry food, it measures the portion out accurately, and delivers at the time selected. Why go manual when the feeder does the job for you? I have had the feeder for just over 3 months now and can't fault it. Worth every penny.

Bought this product for my puppy labrador and it is just a lifesaver. Not only does it feed my little girl 3 times a day (possibly 4) it also calls her name using my recorded voice. On receiving the product, it was very well packed and shipped with little to no damage on the box. On opening the product, it came in two parts (bowl & machine) with a clear guide. The two parts went together easily with the bowl being a decent size big enough to hold a medium-sized dog's dinner (fully grown labrador) On setting up the product, it was very easy however the portion size in the guide could have been explained better. Apart from that, setting up the meals, time, recorded voice and portion size (after you worked it out) was very simple and easily changeable

Bought this to feed our cat when we're away and it's working brilliantly. Fairly easy to set up, though the portion sizes aren't obvious so we had to weigh those out to figure out what one portion was. My only real complaint is that the sound quality of the recording is poor, my parents have a different automatic feeder and it's so crisp a recording! This one has a lot of background noise so it's hard to hear the voice. This doesn't bother my cat though, he's very happy with the machine!

I love this automatic feeder. It works great for when you can't be at home to feed your pet, or for daily use if you like. I use little biscuits to feed my cat, not sure how it works with the bigger biscuits. There's 4 available feeding times per 24 hour period that you can set yourself, and the buttons are made so that's it impossible for your cat or dog to alter the timings or clock by pawing at it. To set the times, you have to press 2 buttons at once, and they're a bit hard and fiddly to press, so there's absolutely no danger of them being altered by your pet. The top where the food is poured in is closed and locked tight with no danger of cats or dogs getting their paws under the lid, as the lid is sunk down into the top of the feeder. There's even a way to record a message for your pet if you like, which repeats 3 times when the food is dispensed. The feeder I got, (the 'Large' size), dispenses food in 10 gram portions, with 10g being the lowest amount and 390g being the highest. You can change the portion control in 10 gram increments, ie setting 1 is 10g, setting 2 is 20g, setting 3 is 30g, and so on up to 39 settings. I think there is a smaller feeder that dispenses in 5 gram increments, but it was out of stock when I ordered. All in all, I'm super happy with it, as it takes the work out of feeding my cat, and now she's not hounding me for her food constantly. She's learned that her food comes from the feeder, so she sits by it at her feeding times to wait for it to dispense. You can either plug this feeder in to the mains, or it takes 3 'D' size batteries, which are supposed to last up to a year before they need replacing. The only fault I can see with this feeder is if you unplug it without the batteries in it or if you switch it off at the bottom, your saved feeding times are lost and you will have to reset everything, including the time. My suggestion would be, if you plug the feeder up to the mains, install the batteries as a back up in case the power goes off. I would recommend this feeder highly, and the price is super competitive with other, more expensive feeders that don't even have as many features. Not sure about the longevity of the feeder itself, as I've only had it for a couple of months. Will update my review if it fails.

used to be woken every morning for breakfast feed so bought this after reading reviews of all options this had the least regarding blockages now after 3 months use it has never blocked once great portion control from less than you would feed any cat to what a grown dog would take, takes a min to set up and memory defiantly would be better feature as if a power cut all settings will be lost not good if you are away but having someone stop in every few days would be adequate and I would happily leave cat for 2 weeks knowing 3 meals a day were supplied by this easy to fill cat cannot get into it and easy to clean long power lead supplied also is good highly recomend

Questo dispenser è comodo e facilmente programmabile. Anche senza istruzioni è intuitivo. Si possono programmare fino a 4 orari differenti al giorno con quantità diverse di croccantini. I miei gatti apprezzano molto quando sono in ritardo, ma possono mangiare lo stesso. Per mia esperienza personale purtroppo non funziona con il cavo della corrente, ma solo a pile. Ce l'ho da qualche mese, lo utilizzo tutti i giorni e non si sono ancora scaricate comunque.

Die Marke kannte ich bereits von einem anderen Futterautomat und auch diesmal ist die Qualität gut und der Automat schlicht und passt gut in die Einrichtung. Das Fassungsvolumen ist für 2 Katzen wirklich groß und reicht für einige Tage. Man kann sowohl die Portionsgröße (max4 Portionen entsprechen eine großen Handvoll), als auch bis zu 4 Mahlzeiten einstellen. Besonders gefällt mir die Kombination aus Batteriebetrieb und Netzteil. Das Netzteil war allerdings nicht für den EU Markt geeignet, daher nur 3 Sterne. Ich hatte das Glück das ich ein anderes Netzteil hatte, was die gleiche Spannung erzeugt. Wenn hier noch der richtige Stecker versendet wird, stehen 5 Sternen nichts mehr im Weg.

Facile ma non tiene il cibo fresco e asciutto perché non ha la guarnizione di silicone attorno al coperchio o all’erogatore.

Acquisto azzeccatissimo! Ho risolto il problema del cibo ai miei due gatti quando sono via. Facile da programmare non sbaglia un orario e le quantità sono veramente modulabili in base alle esigenze. Le pile garantiscono il funzionamento anche senza elettricità...che chiedere di più!

Ancora presto per giudicare la tenuta delle plastiche, soprattutto del meccanismo di erogazione, ma risulta un prodotto compatto, ben costruito, funzionale e ottimo per le necessità delle nostre gatte.
