A staple for the Dashi !!

I really appreciate this product is made SO well in Portugal !! so i don't have to feel guilty about racking up millions of air-miles to enjoy my Dashi !!Incidentally i find thatafter i strain it from the making of the stock i chop it very fine and addit to a little Ponzu and herbs to each on a bowl of rice with the sea-soup ...... mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.... very tasty.No waste.
