This product has been added to my overall health regiment, which has improved my sleep quality. The product is easy to swallow and delivery was received one day before estimated timeline.

I take this along with other Amino Acids. This helps with stiffness and general aches and pains. I’m a fan of Glycine because it just makes me feel better. Take before bed but if taken during the day doesn’t make me groggy. Addendum 3/10/2024 Just placed my 16th order for this Glycine. The quality has been good in every order. I use and tryout many supplements and I’m impressed with this one. (Many I take a few times and aren’t very impressive. Quality really varies between brands.

I just re-ordered the Solgar Glycine capsules. They are working great and I love that they are vegan and in a glass bottle. I was very impressed by Woohoo Natural’s shipping packaging for this product- they packaged the glass bottle firmly and very securely in a few layers of bubble wrap, and then in a thicker mailing envelope. In these days where many items are sent without effective packaging, often bouncing around, spilling, and sometimes even breaking, I appreciated the care they took to ensure the item arrived intact. They also sent a jar gripper with the order- much appreciated!

Yep this is a sleep aid alright,... I found it because i read a review on the tests done in Japan for sleep. I found I only needed one,.. that is 500 mg. Maybe some of you are taking too much. And when I take two... I am sleepy for 12 -16 hours. Yikes. This is a good brand,... very pure. I do use a bit of Melatonin to get to sleep. This does the rest.

Overall I enjoyed the product. I'm currently experimenting with essential & non essential amino acids. I had a pretty restful sleep taking 1 pill. I did still wake up once through the night but I wasn't groggy when I fully woke up. I'll be taking 3 tonight so my review may change & I'll update later. So far so good

This seems to work fine. I take it with other supplements to increase value. I’ve been a customer of Solgar supplements for 25 years.

A very helpful amino acid to allow you to recover from strenuous exercises, but as an additional bonus, in the evening helps you relax so that sleep comes much more easily.

I don’t know why, but after application it hurts my head.

High quality product. It helps me "to walk" through a day and to sleep better. Usually I take 2 to 3 capsules a day. Definitely I will buy it again.
