People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to soy run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products. Started taking these during the peak of the COVID pandemic to boost the immune system. Though the effects were truly felt on a dusty day when I was about to have a sore throat and after taking these I felt so much better and the usual weakness that comes with the sore throat just disappeared. Now I take these whenever I feel my immunity is compromised. Highly recommended.

My go-to echinacea brand. The pill size is easy to swallow and doesn’t taste or smell bad. I take it at the first sign of sickness & it works wonders!

Best echinecea supplement I've ever tried. I can definitely tell it's used with the most effecaceous parts of the plant -- instead of having to take three or four pills to see a minimal effect, I can take one, and maybe another one later on in the day, and feel better. As such, it may be twice the price as the really cheap brands, but it's DEFINITELY worth it, because it has double the potency (and possibly more than that). Echinacea is the best thing for preventing and recovering quickly from illness. I've been using it as a supplement for years whenever I was sick, and I only recently started taking one pill every day to prevent getting sick entirely. So far, it seems to work very well.
