What can I say—this product has exceeded my expectations in every way. It is extremely well made, with outstanding quality in both the materials and the overall construction. It will be absolutely perfect for my two chihuahuas during car journeys and even ferry crossings, giving them a safe, comfortable space that I feel completely confident using. I previously owned a Ferndale version, but this one is in a completely different league. The craftsmanship and stability are far superior, and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design. While the cushion could be a little thicker, it’s really not an issue at all since I add their own vet bedding, which works beautifully. The separate carry bag is an incredibly useful addition, making it easy to transport and store, and the whole setup is simple to assemble. Once put together, it feels very sturdy yet remains impressively lightweight. Overall, I’m genuinely thrilled with this purchase—highly recommended!

Really handy little crate its very lightweight but sturdy, so simple to put up and down and a neat bag to store it in. Well worth the money and is much lighter than the metal cage type crate and also looks nicer if using in the house every day which I am , I did buy a thicker mattress though as its used as a main sleeping space and not just for travelling.

This is good quality and of decent construction. Easy to put up. I like the fact it has an opening top as well as a door. I used it as a bed for my dog in my bedroom at night. I think the sizing in terms of the dogs they describe as them being suitable for is SLIGHTLY misleading. Whilst a Beagle would technically fit in this crate, it wouldn’t have much room. I have a small dog (Daschund x Frenchie) and I think it’s a good size for him.

Tried others first and foremost! Arrived boxed onv but when you open it you realise that you have got a decent quality. The bag comes with 2 carry handles and a shoulder strap but isn't heavy yet the bag is substantial and quality. The create comes with a solid base and a cushion which can be flipped or removed and 1 side is wipe able and the other is plush fur. To put this up which is impressive you lift 1 of the hinged sides then the other and all you do is fold around a top bracing pole at each end and it locks in place and taught as its sprung loaded. The crate also has 2 cary handles a top opening a front opening and a long side opening, at each of these openings were the zip is closed there is a webbing strap and clip to secure the zip closed which is very well thought out and stops mischief from happening. All the corners of the creat are also heavily reinforced and it looks pure quality if you have enough countered any others you will fast realise that it's like putting up a late 80s tent, the ones that explode out the bag and you wrestle to put back and similarly you have to fit a load of poles to keep them upright. Total garbage idea for a dog. Anyway back to this 1, putting away is simple fold the 2 poles away and one side will fall down onto the base followed by the other then bag and your done. Very simple for travel. Very sturdy. Superb quality, an amazon tried and tested product which they would sell if it was junk as they wouldn't want the hassle. Trust me this is the 1 to buy and we'll worth its money as it is fit for purpose and functions superbly.

Bought this as I changed my car plus my pooch was getting too big for her old car crate. She loves it. This is a brilliant item, well made and clips allow you to lock the zips into a corner. Most excellent idea as my little girl had a very bad habit of scraping at the zip and moving them so she could escape the carrier. Surprisingly light weight. Easy to flat pack and rebuild and the carry bag for when flat packed is ideal. The ventilation panels are robust and allow decent air flow even when in the back of an estate car.

Honestly can't believe how good this product is regardless of its price which is about half the cost of other travel crates I have seen. It even comes with a blanket in the bottom although, with any crate, I'd advise bolstering this with some extra padding. It's really easy to set up and has loads of doors for various set ups but even with every door open its still very sturdy. Not sure about the longevity if swtting it up and taking it down/folding it up all the time, now mine's up it's likely to stay up but all indications looks like it would last very well ineed.

Very pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of this carrier. The construction and design (collapsible)look good and versatile. Comes with a carry bag too. I have a big old cat with a head and body at 22 inches plus an 11 inch tail and over 6kg. He's too big for a normal cat carrier so this is perfect. He needs to stretch out which he can do in comfort in this. We are very happy with this carrier.

This is a good quality dog crate but it doesn't come with a cushion in the base as mentioned by a previous review.

Crate has ripped after not long using it. zips get caught.

Purchased this crate for holidays with our cavoodle puppy as it's almost the same dimensions as her permanent crate at home. We set the inside up the same and she is extremely comfortable to sleep in it all night. This crate is sturdy, easy to set up, has a zip lock (perfect if your pup is like mine and can open zippers) and packs flat so doesn't take up much room in the car. Highly recommended.
