I like using this Voltarol pain relief and it really helps to alleviate pain in my knees and my lower back and the good thing is that I have no adverse side effects . It is not sticky and is easy to rub into the affected area , no smell and is good value for my money . I shall be ordering more .

A very effective anti-inflammatory treatment for knees and shoulders. It's not so effective on hips as I'm guessing the hip is surrounded by more muscle.

I used this intensively for tennis elbow deep tissue massage 2-3 times a day and when I started Naproxen, I stopped obviously. I actually feel this is better than oral Naproxen. Try it for tennis elbow as a deep tissue massage aid. You might shorten your tennis elbow pain and suffering!
