I used to have the absolute worst periods, but taking 2 of these every morning has helped a great deal. It takes a little while to get into your system, so you may not notice a different the first month. I personally also drink Raspberry Leaf tea, which also helps a great deal. These are tasteless to me, but I also take other supplements, so I may just be blind to the taste. Would definitely recommend this to my fellow ladies who have bad periods.

I didn't think that this would work. I have really heavy, horrible, painful periods and purchased the Fibro-Defense to get some relief from my fibroids. At the last minute I added this to the cart too and I couldn't be more pleased! my flow is lighter, periods are less painful and the HUGE clots that I used to get are much smaller. I've only been using this for less than a month (hence the one star less) and haven't yet seen what long term use can achieve but I'm truly happy about this product
