Snapscara

I finally find the perfect mascara and they discontinue it. If you love this, you had better stock up before they're gone. I can't find them locally anymore, so I ordered 36 of them from Amazon. They don't last very long. I have added water because they dry out quickly, but it isn't the same. I have short, sparse lashes. This mascara makes them look twice as long and twice as thick. It goes on easily and comes off easily. It is less clumping that most other mascaras and the wand is great. I started using it as soon as it came out a couple of years ago. I am very disappointed that it is ending so soon.

I'm very picky and this is the best mascara. It isn't thick and goopy and clumpy like so many other mascaras are. It washes off easily with just soap and water. It's not waterproof, but I didn't want waterproof mascara. Since it's not waterproof it does smudge a wee bit but nothing nearly as bad as other non-waterproof mascaras. Overall, this is my favorite mascara.

Found this on a list of dupes for Glossier, a brand thats far too expensive for how simple and light their products are, but since I’ve been steadily moving towards a no makeup makeup look, I decided to take the chance on this since it was described as being subtle. It goes on smooth and light with very minimal clumping that can be worked out with the same brush instead of having to use a separate eyelash brush like I did with my previous mascara ( lash paradise), but still gives my lashes some nice length. Holds up well throughout the day, haven’t had any smudging on the lower lids, even in the instances in which I forget I’m wearing it and rub at my eyes. Would highly recommend if you like the mascara look without that thick mascara feel.

This mascara is nice when you first get it, albeit, a little watery and easy to mess up when applying. Your lashes look great and long but still sort of believable. But the more you brush your lashes, the more stuck together they become. The curved brush isn’t ideal since this formula is kind of thin and you’ll end up tapping your inner corner or face somehow. But also after a bit of using this mascara, it dries down and becomes flaky. You’ll have flakes irritating your eyes or under your bottom lash line. It’s like you always have to keep a fresh bottle on standby. The results are nice but I don’t wanna to have to deal with flaking and twisting and turning the brush so I don’t poke my eyes out or get black marks all over my eye area. It’s cheap and you can work around it but I just rather not.

Love the square container that I can actually twist off in the morning when I already have make up on my hands! This might sound silly, but after using this Square mascara tube, I will never buy a round mascara tube again. Also, the mascara goes on easily, with no clumps. My lashes feel soft, and the mascara is easy to remove. This mascara is not going to make your eyes look like you’re wearing false lashes, but it does keep the lashes out of your eyes and is great for an every day look.

In 25+ years of wearing makeup, both higher and drug store, this is the first mascara I’ve ever really loved. I had been wearing a different brand of tubing mascara the last ten years but realized it was damaging my lashes by being too hard to remove. This is easier to remove, and WOAH, does it give length. I liked it so much I immediately turned around and bought a tube for my daughter. She loves it too. She just got done with a two week musical run, and it even held up well on two-show days. I have somewhat sensitive eyes, and for me tubing mascaras are such a great balance between regular and waterproof mascaras - relatively easy to remove with no smearing or running.

I’m definitely no makeup guru, in fact the only makeup I wear is this mascara. But I had sworn off mascara a long time ago because I was sick of carefully cleaning it all off, and then waking up in the morning to MORE mascara in a smudgy shadow beneath my eyes every morning. I do NOT have that issue with this mascara. It all washes off in the shower, on the first try. And it doesn’t seem to take my lashes with the way other brands do. I wouldn’t say the effect is anything special, but clumping isn’t an issue and it goes on thick enough that I don’t feel the need to do a second coat. The important part for me is that I can get a little color on my basically blond lashes, and then get all that color back off in the evening. This mascara does just that, and it will probably be my go-to for a very long time.
