Really good choice for keeping g medicine at the right temperature. Used it for 12 hours and the temperature remained at 32 degrees. Have high confidence this is a good solution for keeping medication safely stored while traveling.

I bought this to store my autologous serum eye drops. It worked great to keep my drops cold because they must remain refrigerated at all times. I was concerned that the cooler would keep the drops cold for an extended period of time during car and air travel but the cooler worked as described. It easily kept my drops cold for 24 hours and I feel confident it would have kept them colder for longer if needed. I have traveled through airport security with the cooler several times with no problem. I have also left the cooler in a warm/hot car for 6-8 hours and my drops remained cold. This cooler has made traveling for me much easier because I do not have to worry about my drops spoiling due to not remaining cold. I would highly recommend for storing medications that need to remain cold as long as they fit in the cooler. I actually wish there was one that was shorter and smaller because I do not need a cooler this big to store my eye drops but I am still very pleased with this cooler.

I tested this out with a separate thermometer inside. It kept meds cold for about 36 hours using only the blue frozen pack. I didn't test longer because that amount of time is ample for my travel plans. Meds stayed cold and did not freeze. It won't fit my medication while in the plastic pharmacy bottle, so I will use the included fabric sleeve to both cushion & insulate the glass medicine vial from the ice pack. It can easily fit 3-4 small glass vials. I didn't have injector pens to test it with, so I can't comment on their fit. The included thermometer is awesome. A light touch on the outside of the lid lets you check the internal temp & waIs accurate based on my test. I will be taking this on an international flight. Fingers crossed that TSA will be OK with it.

I ordered this insulated insulin bottle cooler from Georgia, a little nervous about whether it could handle the cross-country trip to California in the summer heat. To my surprise, it arrived perfectly packaged — and when I opened it, my insulin was still cold! The cooler is extremely well-made, with thick insulation and a snug, secure fit for my vials. It’s lightweight but sturdy, and the lid seals tightly so there’s no worry about temperature loss. You can tell it was designed with real-world travel in mind. I’ve used other coolers in the past that barely lasted a few hours, but this one held up for days in transit. I’m confident it will be perfect for road trips, flights, or just keeping medication safe during hot weather. If you need to transport temperature-sensitive meds, I can’t recommend this enough — it exceeded my expectations in every way.

Really only for single injectable, don't really see how you could get multiple syringes into this case other than insulin. It does the job extremely well though as far as keeping item refrigerated for Two Plus days.

Nice holder, especially with the thermometer for a quick glance as to temperature of contents, but we ordered two containers (one with thermometer and one without) due to not sure whether container with thermometer would accommodate the size of the Taltz pen (needle) we were taking along on vacation. Unfortunately, they answered right after it shipped. It does not fit. The other container accommodates the size, but does not have temperature reader on the lid for viewing. Would have rather kept this one but had to return due to size. The larger one does have a thermometer you stick inside the bottle but you have to take the lid off to check it. The smaller one has it where you can read it right in the lid without removing it, which is nice. Also, the larger one has a carrying handle which folds down, (which is great) and the smaller one with the thermostat on the lid doesn’t, so we do like that.

This is the biggest piece of garbage pen storage container. I’m 100% sure these people never use their own product because if they did, they would never be able to sell this with a good conscience. It is impossible to get the pens and medicine out because they catch and stick on the rim. Do not waste your time or money. Who would make something for people that need to get their medication out quickly that you have to use a pair of pliers or something to get the medication out because it has a lip and once everything is inside, it is impossible to get out. This company should be ashamed of their self for even making this.!!!!!! they try to attract you with the fancy thermostat but what does that matter if you can’t get your medication out.

I bought this item to use on a very long plane trip without access to refrigeration. At first I was disappointed because it did not stay cold for as long as advertised. I contacted the manufacturer who was VERY responsive and sent me a second cooler right away. This one is more than perfect - after 30 hours it was still 34 degrees! I can definitely recommend this product.

It's very good product

L'oggetto è arrivato qualche giorno dopo la data prevista, ma poco male. Purtroppo il tappo è rotto all'interno e ho dovuto ripararlo con una colata di silicone. Vabbè...

Llevaba buscando algo que realmente mantuviese fría la insulina por mucho tiempo. En un viaje de trabajo de 2 días (a un lugar donde estábamos a 35°C) se mantuvo siempre entre 1° y 3°. No hubo necesidad de buscar refrigeración en otra parte.
