Q: Why doesn't Kerrygold butter show the ingredients label for cholesterol content, fat, sodium or potassium? These are important to me.

All I know is this butter is made in Ireland, & maybe their labeling rules are different there. Obviously, if you buy the non-salted butter, there should be no sodium.

Q: I need the butter in sticks what one comes with 2 or 4 sticks

Some butter comes in 2,4, or even 8 1/2 sticks.

Q: What is the difference between the silver package and gold package?

The SILVER package is UNSALTED butter. The GOLD package is SALTED butter.
