Printhead not working
I have found out that this printer is not working so I actually had to order one from HP direct. The printhead must be bad according to HP and I haven’t heard if I can return this or not. It’s a lot of money.

Ink was empty
We ordered this kit. The printhead was fine, but all the ink cartridges were empty except for the black. By the time we had a service technician come out to discover this issue, the 30 day return window had closed.HP will not assist since we ordered through Amazon. We are out the value of the ink!!

After use sometimes I got a message says that the printhead appears to be missing, not detect, or incorrectly installed.
