I ordered the Kent Sandwich Grill, expecting a brand-new product, but I was very disappointed. The inner part of the grill is loose , as if something is broken inside. It looks like a defective piece. Also, the product seal was already open, which clearly shows that it was not new but a returned or used item. A brand like Kent should not deliver products in such condition. I requested a replacement because this is clearly a quality and packaging issue. Very dissatisfied
