I have used this product off and on for about three years. I don't do Max-OT training any more, but when I do post carb workouts, this is my go-to. Paired with any protein powder, it is delicious. AST always make a quality product, and this is no exception. Many of their products have been discontinued, but I have always been able to find this. Definitely recommended!
