Just what I needed! And ADHD friendly!
I’ve mainly been using weekly vertical planners like the passion planner and the midori pdr-8. So I love these planners, but they aren’t as useful when you already have your 9-5 schedule on a shared company calendar. So I’ve struggled to find a way to use my planners for my personal life. They mostly end up empty since my 9-5 are mostly accounted for and on another platform. So much wasted space which is sooo demotivating! This planner, on the other hand, can be used as an adjunct to my work calendar for my personal life to help me keep track of my personal goals (workouts, eating out/ordering in less, steps to take towards a PHD). It’s just perfect!!! Thank you so much for creating this gem! This planner deserves better marketing and SEO!!! I found this via a search for personal trainers on instagram! Random! But I would have liked to find it sooner when I was actually looking for planners!

Looks nice
Bought as a gift and they loved it. I'd have bought one for myself but think it's a bit pricey for me. I usually make up my own planner on a plain notebook so wouldnt want to lose that flexibility...however as a gift then this was very well received and they loved it.

Seen on dragons den and didn’t disappoint
I’ve always loved setting goals and making lists. So after seeing this on dragons den I loved the structure to the book and prompts down to the daily goals and lists. I also bought one for my partner, well worth the money.

A bit "American"
This is a goal-setting journal, completely undated so you can begin at any time. You are invited to set long- and medium-term goals, and then after that weekly goals, daily goals and weekly reflections (there should really be much more space for daily reflections in my opinion) for an entire year. It's a bit "American". I don't just mean the use of American English, and the naff supposedly "motivational" (sic) quotes from the likes of Oprah (!), Abe Lincoln and Eleanor Roosevelt; the sample goals in the introductory pages include the likes of getting promoted to manager by 2022, running a successful online business by the end of 2021, earning 70,000 by 2023 and living in a seven (!) bedroom house by 2025. This rather "American" view of "success" as necessarily including lots of dosh and material goods and having "status" does influence the format significantly. If like me, such externals are irrelevant to you, then this journal becomes a little less useful. It's all nicely presented and a good quality notebook, but still vastly overpriced (you are, no doubt, contributing to the author's own "success" in purchasing this); it's retailing at £30, but £20 tops if not less would be a fairer price. You might be better off, and it would be far cheaper, using a blank journal which you can tailor to your specific requirements rather than being constrained by the format here; e.g. the daily box to write in your "self-care and wellness actions" only allows you to write half a line - I would want something far larger than this, and conversely other boxes are not really relevant.

Well made quality item
A good all round journal bought for my partner, appears to be quality made, no additional comments on content as not purchased for myself

Aesthetically pleasing and has lots of room to write.

I collect and use these types of journals regularly- when I find myself sort of "slipping", I switch to another with slightly different prompts and then get right back into my practice. I find they really make a difference in helping me stick to whatever my self-care/wellness plan is (I have Spina Bifida and self-care, fitness, and health care is a HUGE part of my daily, everyday life so I get a lot out of planning ahead, time management, and tracking everything). This journal is a worthy addition to my collection- I've used it several times and find it very helpful.

I am so happy with this journal! It comes in a very nice box, and the book itself is beautiful. Excellent quality, with attention to detail. It comes in a few colors, I chose pink. There are ribbon bookmarks, so you can mark more than one place at a time. It's nice and thick, with tons of pages for journaling, jotting down thoughts, and planning. There are places to write your top 3 goals for the day, plan for the future, gauge your mood, and much more. There are lots of blank note pages, too. It's undated, so you can start using the book at any time. It has pages for daily, weekly, and monthly goals and To Dos. Inspiring quotes throughout. It is obvious that a lot of thought and care went into designing this book. It is really gorgeous and would make a very nice gift for a friend. Seeing it up close makes all the difference. It's quite extraordinary.

This is a beautiful little planner that offers a lot in the way of mapping out not only your day, but your path towards better productivity and wellness. The planner is structured in such a way that you are able to easily engage with prompts without any distracting excess. There is no overwhelming use of motivational quotes, and the offered cues are genuinely useful points of meditation. I really like that the motivational quotes are limited to a few minimally laid out pages spaced throughout the book. This allows the planner to deliver a good dose of positivity without feeling saccharine or overbearing. Likewise, it ensures that there is actually adequate space to plan your schedule. The planner itself is beautiful. It is neither to minimal or to extravagant, but sits chicly between.

This is set up very simply but cleanly and efficiently. The calendars and calendar pages are undated. There is plenty of space for writing in appointments and to-do lists, but there are also guided daily pages for planning what your short time goals are and how you will go about accomplishing them. There are also pages for weekly goals and also for long term goals. I do find it helpful to have a place to think through and write out my goals, and then to be able to review then and refer to them regularly. I do find that I'm more productive and actually working toward them by using this every day. The book is very handsome and printed on nice paper. It is very enjoyable to write in and has a very clean look to it also.
