The belt is of high-quality, i been using this for almost a year. It's totally worth it. Since it has hook it doesn't slip while heavy squat or deadlifts. since general belt at gym doesn't fit me, i used to be skinny so i got a velcro one, that was total waste. But this is durable, stredy specially if you like heavy squat, deadlifts, clean & presse. Go for it

I bought this on February,2022 after using almost 2 year I am writing this review. this belt is awesome and can compit any pro level highly priced belt. In the video I am doing 150 kg deadlift without any hesitation. this belt is far better than those velcro belt. I bought this belt for 710 rs on February,2022. you have to brace the belt tightly around your belly button.
