So when Oral-B made a huge mistake and decided to discontinue offering a 40-bristle, medium-stiffness, ADA approved, indicator toothbrush--probably the best toothbrush in the world--a toothbrush I have been happily buying every 3 months for the past, I don't know, 20 years? 30 years? ...doesn't matter, I went looking for a replacement. It seems that everything is now soft-bristled, which means it just pushes grime around instead of actually cleaning, or the bristle count went down to 35 or less, which means you wear out the brush much faster and you need to brush more. It seemed that the best brush configuration was becoming unobtainum, probably for the same reason Oral-B messed up--to do a cash grab on consumers. I found these, offered in the right and best configuration so I decided to give them a try. I like the bristles. Like the Oral-B, I think they are smoothing the ends so they are not overly aggressive. That is very good. I like the stiffness of these. I can feel the brush do its job and clean quickly and efficiently. The handle is a little chonky, but only in comparison to the Oral-B. It is comfortable to use and easy to manipulate to get an excellent cleaning. I really like the feel of this brush. For what they cost, it feels like you are getting a lot. I have not decided if I want to recommend these brushes or not. They certainly do the job and the cost is acceptable, but I am still looking for the best replacement for the Oral-B 40-medium Indicator. I am trying 40-medium brushes from other brands to see if there is a stronger contender, but these are at the top of my list at the moment. If this is the last vestige of the right toothbrush, I will stock up. You should be very happy with this brush. It is excelent. I am looking for something rather specific, hence my reservations. It easily lasts 3 months. I am trying one for 6 and it seems to be holding up. It may even last longer than that. These are good brushes.

This is the toothbrush for me. I used to use Oral B until they stopped making the specific model of toothbrush I had been using. This brush by Oralphi meets my expectations with a sturdy handle, flat brush surface, and smooth backside of brush without the annoying, ridged tongue scraper that most other brands have now. I have my own tongue scraper and don't want it on the back of my toothbrush, where it rattles against the teeth opposite the ones I am brushing. I searched all over the internet for a brush like this, and as simple as it may seem, this was the only one I could find that was quite like it and met my quality standards. My teeth feel nice and clean after using this brush. Highly recommend!

These feel very firm to me instead of medium. They are made well but just too firm.

Very soft and plush bristles and thick they are shaped differently, but they are advertised as a set for multiple uses. I think it goes by preference, so you do have a selection to choose from. They are as easy to use as any other toothbrush. They seem to get your teeth and gums very clean and are gentle on your gums. The price was good when I got them averaging about 1.25 a piece. Great for sensitive teeth.

These are by far the absolute best tooth brush I have ever used. My teeth feel so clean after using it. The handle is also big and easy to hold and control. Once this pack is done, I will definitely buy another. Do yourself a favor and buy this pack. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Perfect FULL SIZE HEAD and full size toothbrush. I am completely satisfied with this purchase. The "Med Firmness" is just right and exceeds the more expensive and name brand toothbrushes I was wasting money on. I was using a major brand of toothbrush that caught the Shrinkflation rip-off disease "Shrinkflation is the practice of reducing a product's size or quantity while keeping the price the same, effectively increasing the unit cost for consumers". After some trial and error I took a chance on this brand and couldn't be happier. I just place another order to make sure I will not be without these great toothbrushes at a great price and performance ratio. I honestly recommend these exceptionally well manufactured toothbrushes. So, i wanted a super soft toothbrush. This is definitely the softest brush I've ever seen. The thing is, it doesn't get in between your teeth and clean them. It feels more like it's polishing them. This may be what some people are looking for so I don't want to be negative, it's just not what I need. It does feel well made.
