CHEAPER THAN KNOCK-OFFS
These are awful. I've purchased knock-off AirPods that worked better than these. They kept disconnecting from my phone as well and randomly cutting out.

Arrived in perfect condition. Worked perfect. Shipped very fast!
While I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews, I decided that I should just take the chance and buy this product. They arrived a day earlier than it said it would, and mine came in just like they should. The box was nice, had the book, and everything was in good condition. They started right up and both of them worked perfectly! My one complaint though is that they weren’t fully charged when I opened them but other than that these are worth the buy

Excellent customer service!
I bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift. She LOVES it. Overall, it works great. However, every once in a while, it intermittently turns itself off and on. I looked to see if I could return it and get a replacement but my return time limit had expired. So I reached out to the seller-CellElectronix III to see what my options were. They mailed me the return label and let me return for a replacement! They could have easily dismissed me and said sorry about your luck and technically that would have been fair. But no, they went above and beyond and made it right for us. Thank you! Note: We think we figured out why it was working intermittently. We think it’s probably because my wife uses it when she rides her exercise bike. So the sweat and moisture may be causing that as it is not designed to be water resistant. The AirPods Pro is, so we may upgrade to that soon.

The airpods are not working properly, they switch off themselves and disconnect from my phone. Not good quality at all and l am not happy about them, l regret buying them.
