Lack of options to connect with support
The HDMI port has started to flicker and I am trying to get this to the support team but unable to get in touch with it. The device did function decently for 8 months and now issues arise. A proper support channel is needed.

Becomes really hot
Product is good. Have been using it for over a year. One con is that it becomes really hot that you can't even touch with just display and keyboard connected in my case. Not sure if its normal.
