I can’t testify to the quality, but you get a amazing amount of tape for the money

It works for generic task. I cannot speak to the actual thermal conductivity coefficient. But it is very sticky and helps move heat between items it sticks together. If I need specific performance i will turn to a mainstream manufacturer or brand for specs I can blindly trust. (You do get what you pay for)
