2019 F-150 XLT, Motofab 2.5” level, Money well spent
Well where do I start. After doing extensive research I bought the Motofab 2.5” level kit for my 2019 F-150 XLT Supercrew cab. A Ford dealership was going to charge $1250 for a front level kit installed. A 3rd party garage was asking $850 with me supplying the parts. I phoned a friend (master mechanic with over 30 years experience). It took us 3 hours to install even after reading instructions and watching the video’s. Pretty straight forward but had it’s challenges. Passenger side was easier than the driver’s side. The big issue is all the brake lines and ABS wiring. You have to disconnect wiring all the way up and try not to pop a fluid line. The kit itself is super easy to fit to the struts. It’s the take out and install that’s a challenge. The look of the truck is now awesome. Money well spent. The Motofab kit is quality material and worth every penny. I saved $1000 doing this with a friend.

Level
Good quality, sturdy material. Very pleased with my 2.5” level for my F150 Lariat. Would recommend, although installation time took a lot longer than 1-1/2 hours due to having to remove strut, lower control arm and reassembly. Regardless, not a bad installation.

More hight that expected with the baby-boost engine
Great product for the money. If I were to do it again I would get the 2" instead of the 2.5" for the fact that my truck has the baby-boost engine (2.7) so i think i got more height out of it than planned. Unloaded the truck looks great! Pulling the big boat it squats pretty bad. I plan to add a camper shell and gear during duck season this year and will add a spacer to the rear to compensate the weight so there isn't a lot of squat. Install was simple if you've ever worked on anything with an independent suspension. I did have trouble getting the strut out and back in even after taking extra stuff off and loosening the lower a arm. One thing to note when putting on the spacer, the spacer has a little wiggle around the bolts so don't tighten one side up more than the other (which you shouldn't anyway). Snugg them down equally. Ride quality is about the same. The only time I notice a difference is hitting pot holes in the road. Running stock tires for now, September or October I'll go to a 275/70r18 tire which will make it look just right

2025 F-150 PowerBoost
I originally spent $6k on an Icon Dynamics full suspension kit that had adjustable height coilovers with high speed and low speed compression on the front and rear shocks along with their billet upper control arm. Wow what a freaking joke that was. On their softest settings they rode worse than a 1 ton truck! All that to say these leveling pucks are the way to go! 2.5” is a little high for the CV axels, factory upped control arms, and tie rods, however it pretty much completely levels out my 2025 F-150 Platinum Plus 4x4 PowerBoost, it’s about 1/4” higher in the front. I’m running 295/55R22 Toyo Open Country AT3s on the OEM 22”x 8.5” +44 wheel with zero rubbing anywhere. I may end up ordering a set of 1/4” spacers for the front because it appears the rears stick out a bit further than the fronts. The tires do get close to the UCA at full lock but nothing I’m concerned about, plus with the spacers installed it’ll give it even more clearance. My biggest complaint with these are the lack of studs in the puck. Instead of using studs to mount the puck to the frame like the OEM strut, they supply allen head bolts. The issue with these is there is no room to put an allen wrench in the bolts on the passenger side of the PowerBoosts. There are brackets that are mounted to the inside of the frame that hold high voltage cables right on top of the strut housing. The bracket isn’t easily unbolted so the only thing you can do is slightly bend it out of the way and use a flex head ratchet wrench to get the OEM nuts off. So instead of using the supplied allen bolts I opted to use some Grade 8 hex head bolts and tightened them using a flex head ratchet wrench with ease. Overall this kit works well, time will tell how it affects the suspension components but that’s not the fault of the puck. If your truck is primary a pavement princess like mine, don’t go all out on a new suspension, just buy this!!! Also, never do business with Icon! I’m now stuck with this kit as they don’t accept returns!!!!

Quality, lift as promised, better instructions needed.
Leveled my 04 F150 FX4. Nice. I did put new struts in at the same time though. Not sure how much lift I got from the new struts however. Instructions didn't say what to do with the hex head bolts or that you have to torque them to 30 footpounds so when you torque the final 3 hex nuts down (25 ft lbs) after installation you don't loosen the hex bolt studs in the process. Took me 5.5-6 hrs to instal them with the new struts. I did run into some rusty bolts/nuts however. Suspension was extended all the way down, was worried about it. Couldn't get the sway bar pin bolts nuts on until after I lowered the truck back down and the weight allowed the pins to go through the lower control arm hole. I am happy with them so far , only day one though. Update 12/4/2018: Have had no issues with the level lift. The extended upper cotrol arm seams to be fine. I was worried about it being extended so for down. I did have to have the passenger side front axle drive shaft replaced due to a torn CV boot. But I'm sure that was more due to age and the more extreme angle the CV boot is in now after the lifted from end and it didn't have the flex in it that it used to have. I'm still happy with it. One note though: I don't take this truck out for serious "off roading", just a 4x4 truck for utility and winter weather needs.

Just installed these on my 2021 f150.Very easy install if you remove your bottom strut bolts for reinstallation.Put a bit of heat on the press in bolts and tap them out.Measuring from the centre of my wheel up to the fender I ended up with 25 1/2” rear and 24 3/4” front . Very happy with the results.I also installed the bracket and nut to assir in the camber adjustment
