The Chicco Fit360 ClearTex Rotating Convertible Car Seat has been amazing for our family. The 360° rotation makes it so much easier on our backs—and on our toddler—when getting him in and out of the car. Right now, he's still rear-facing, but I love that we can rotate the seat forward for short trips to help him gradually get used to front-facing. It’s also super convenient when we stop to eat on the go—we can turn him to face us and easily hand him snacks or toys. The straps are long enough to stay out of the way while getting him buckled, which is a small detail but makes a big difference during busy moments. The magnetic chest buckle is another standout—it clicks together quickly and easily, no fuss. I also appreciate the padded shoulder and leg straps for extra comfort. The cup holders are already getting good use for his water bottle and little toys, and the seat feels sturdy, safe, and well-made. I love that it adjusts and grows with him up to 65 lbs. Definitely worth the investment!

I absolutely LOVE this carseat. If and when we have another child this will be the one we get for sure. It's so easy to take out and move the base between vehicles. And the rotation is a dream to get our son in and out. I was also really drawn to how plush and comfortable the padding was so our son would be comfortable on longer car rides. In his original basic Graco he didn't last 20 minutes before he would start crying-come to find out he was sitting basically on the hard plastic! Now he does 2 hour trips no problem and the only reason he wants to get out is because he's ready to go play! The construction feels premium and perfectly engineered for getting your kid in and out.

Excellent purchase all the way around. I'm a 48 year old dad so the swivel makes things much easier. I will say it took a while to get everything situated in my 4runner but once set, you forget it. I'm very confident it would keep baby safe in a minor collision but I can't speak to anything severe. The seat is extremely adjustable in many ways and it is rather large but that speaks to it's durable build. I got the zip off as well which makes cleaning a breeze. The magnetic chest harness along with the female input being forced forward for easy access make it very simple and easy to use all day long. For the price I expected a very thoughtful design and I received that. Long story short, it's expensive but well worth it if you're interested in safety, build quality and convenience.

Amazing!!! This is the best car seat I’ve ever owned and I’ve owned 4 different car seats. The designer of this seat clearly took into consideration all of the difficulties and annoyances of normal convertible car seats and removed them. From the magnetic shoulder strap to the push button to tighten and loose , to the simplicity of making your child rear face or forward face it is just simply well designed. The ease of getting your child in and out without bumping their head or waking them up is amazing. The cup holders twist out of the seat so you can completely wash them along with the whole seat cover when they both inevitably get disgusting. This seat is functional, and wonderful. Only con is when you go to remove it or move it to another car, make sure you bring another adult with you because it requires 3 hands. Two to grip the sides and remove the seat and a third to hold down the seat release clip. As the wife of a deployed soldier, I had to ask for help when trying to install and uninstall. Everything else about the seat is incredible and a must have.

I love this rotating carseat. My 13m grandson was using a Doona up until a few months ago. I loved the convenience of the Doona but knew it was time to get a bigger car seat. Most of my friends recommended a Graco which I got but putting a fussy baby in sideways was difficult. I started reviewing other car seats, watching You Tube Videos and was impressed with the videos on the Chicco Fit360 Rotating Car seat. While it was more than I wanted to spend, I liked the idea of rotating the seat. I ordered one and have to say I’m very happy with it. Money well spent. I’ve been using it now for about a month and have no complaints. My grandson seems to really like it as well. No more fussing when I put him in as he faces me, once he is hooked in, I rotate him rear facing. It took 2 of us, my husband and I to get the base installed properly nice and tight but only took about 5 minutes. We used both the seatbelt clips (which are very cheap, only complaint) and the toggle belt. I purchased the door cover separately from Chicco as I did read some reviews where rear facing kiddos use their feet to open it. Even though this seat does not have recline positions after installation, in rear facing the seat is reclined enough for my grandson. This car seat is very attractive, well made and the seat cover and headrest are thicker and more padded than most car seats I looked at or read reviews on. Do not feel like the seat is any heavier than other seats on the market. It’s no problem for me lifting the seat in an out of the car. Overall I would buy this car seat again and plan on purchasing one for my son. I have ordered a separate base for my husbands truck so we don’t have to remove base from my KIA Telluride, which the seat/base fits perfect in.

My child actually enjoys sitting in this seat, which makes car rides a lot less stressful. I couldn’t be happier with the Chicco Fit360. I bought one for each of my girls for their babies once out of infant seat. They say they installed effortlessly. I love the magnetic closure- a godsend for squirmy kids. The latch pockets if used would make it easy to get straps in place without having to grope behind them. I really liked the latch at hip level to release the turn feature. I tested ALL the display models and this was the only one like this. Especially in a truck it would have been very difficult if you need to grasp the release from the top corners. It’s sporty. Looks very comfy for each of the boys. Cleans well. Nice fabric- like that it’s chemically safer than most. My girls as most are mid to upper thirties. I remember the back strain trying to lift a 20+ pound child into a forward facing car seat. The ability to put them straight in and then rotate them and securely lock them in place was the feature that sold me. Believe me I played with nearly every car seat out there and this one was superior!

I have to spread the word - This is the best car seat I have ever seen. I swear there should be a bill in congress that says every parent gets one! The base attaches to the seat tight and easy. It has a lever lock that makes installation unimaginably easy and solidly tight, like made to the vehicle tight. The carseat attaches to this base with the same ease and tightness, giving you real confidence this thing is as safe as it is solid. The fact you can buy an extra base, makes moving the seat from one car to our other a breeze - for multi-parent homes! Easy, Easy and then Easy - Touchdown \o/ I just can’t say enough on how thoughtful this seat is engineered - Love It!
