These bulbs are the answer to the question "what kind of base is that with 2 weird pins and no thread to screw into the fixture?" We discovered shortly after moving into our house there were a few fixtures that require this base. I thought I would need to replace the fixtures because the base just seemed odd. Found these LED bulbs and they work perfectly. I'll try to remember to report on longevity once they have been around more than a minute. Otherwise they light up immediately without any lag or flicker. I don't like the "daylight" description for bulbs that are cool toned. I feel that is misleading. These are definitely a cool tone not warm. I can't say much about efficiency except our electric bill was unchanged from the month before. The lights I replaced were CFL and not sure if 2 bulbs that are used not very often would make a difference at all.

These bulbs give off a very bright white light which is what I was hoping for! Our rental house uses this bulb type in our ceiling fan in the living room. They have been working great for the past month, will have to keep some in stock just in case we need more.Some bulbs are not as bright as what they are advertised, but these seem to put off a true "daylight" white light. If you are thinking of buying these, please do! You will not regret it.

Went to change the lights in my son's ceiling fan and noticed that the base was a different type of connection on the lights. Ordered these lights to remedy the situation and they fit perfectly and were slightly brighter than his old lights but they worked well and we have had no issues. Very good product that meet the specified application.

alot brighter than the last bulbs i had & have a nice "after-glow" when turned off, will buy mnore when needed

These were bought to go in a bathroom fan light. The base says it's the same size as the bulb I needed to replace, but the base was too large. My fixture had kind of a tunnel for the base and the prongs at the end. The base of these wouldn't fit into the tunnel part at all because it was too wide around.

They work great! Much lower power and longer life than the CFL 💡 that they replaced. The light they provide is bright too. Good value for the $ plus the 1 day delivery was appreciated.
