Great quality and not bitter
This is so much better than supermarket 'own brand' garlic. I find the supermarket dried/powered garlic bitter, so I used to grate fresh cloves of garlic by hand and freeze it but the garlic would often burn my hands and the alternative - buying bitter garlic powder, in a small jar from the supermarket - I didn't want to do that...I looked for a larger tub and came across this one. This large tub might seem like a lot of money but it's worth every penny. So much cheaper than buying small jars of dried garlic from the shops and no more sore fingers from all of the garlic grating! x

It smells and taste like fresh garlic.
Once the lid was off the jar you could the garlic. Just as good as fresh garlic. Brilliant.

Real natural garlic.
Nothing to dislike about real natural garlic granuels. I have used other garlic granuals and thought they were good until I discovered SCHWARTZ GARLIC GRANUALS. my goodness, I was surprised as I opened the jar to smell how fresh it was.
