Omg sadly I’m obsessed by laundry I have a small back garden with small covered area outside my kitchen, in the winter my husband set this up so I can have four or five lines (using strategically placed hooks) to dry stuff outside but protected from the rain, I do finish in the tumble dryer but only need to use it for half the time, it didn’t look very robust and feels quiet cheap (the plastic clip can break but is easily replaced) but has been surprisingly sturdy and holds a full load of laundry well

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If i could rate this product any lower I would. I purchased this around May time to replace our washing line, it was easy and convenient to install and things were going great. Hardly used due to our typical UK weather, but used to that fact. Fast forward around 2 months and after a trip away 3 loads of washing done on a hot sunny day, pegged out on our heavy duty washing line and the pop, it breaks at the fixing point on the wall. Contacting customer service, which is a joke in itself as there was no service! to only be offered a 10% refund as a goodwill gesture and to be told it was due to wear and tear. When questioned around how that could be as it was only 2 months old the final offer was 20% partial refund. No offer to replace in case it was a faulty unit or a full refund. Opened a dispute with amazon and STILL waiting on them to deal. Needless to say I will never purchase from this seller again.
