I like this brand as I know it's been around for a while and has a reputation for fine quality nutrition supplements. I love that it's packaged in glass. They are easy to swallow and seem to do what they are supposed to do. I had bought a different brand before and the capsule was so hard and large. Not so with this brand. Also a different brand I had bought had a weird smell. Once again this brand does not have any odor. I recommend them.

Since I'm over 70 my brain doesn't work as fast as it used to. This product definitely helps. If I don't take it for a few days I definitely know the difference. And it's part of the B vitamins.

Be sure you're aware the dosage.

I became smarter….just kidding. I believe it’s a good pills even though I don’t feel results, but each person needs to take choline daily, specifically if you don’t have a good diet.
