The iPod Touch 5th Gen usually comes with a strap... :)

It's held up to whatever my 10 year old son can do to it! We're happy with it overall. There's been no damage to the case or the iPod. It works!

Does the case have a warrantee

Yes. It's excellent case. I dropped my IPod 4 to 5 nothing happen. Thank God that I used Otter case. Not wasted your money.
