Best oil pastels without spending hundreds
Great little set of oil pastels. These are the best I’ve tried other than Sennelier which are 10x the price. They are bendable, soft, highly pigmented and smooth. They go on very opaque which is great in comparison with most other brands.

Not as smooth as I thought, but decent for the money
Not as creamy as videos I had seen online. However, good for the amount of money spent I think. Decent color variety. Doesn’t work great on canvas. Works better on flat paper.

Good quality and affordable
Haven’t really used oil pastels since I was a kid. Wanted to slowly get back into it as an adult. I really enjoyed these pastels. They are smooth and easy to blend. I also didn’t have any actual textured paper so I just used cardboard to practice on until I got some paper. I’d recommend especially for the quality and affordability.

I love how pigmented these are. The color goes on intense and bright. Def suggest for beginners as I am one too. The color range was great just wish they included multiple color blacks and whites. I haven’t broken any of them and they are a breeze to use.
