Splice tubs....and unfortunately no, you'll need a pack of 60mm splice tubs when you buy the fusion splicer, other than alcohol you'll have everything you need to splice some fiber

Q: All my fusion splices under a visual fault locator have a little red light bleeding out from splice. Is this normal?

It’s most likely the quality of your sleeves. I use AFL 60MM. My unit shrinks on tight No bleed out the ends.
